{"id":1031,"date":"2023-10-23T15:15:52","date_gmt":"2023-10-23T22:15:52","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/iamaw692.ca\/?p=1031"},"modified":"2024-02-02T09:00:55","modified_gmt":"2024-02-02T17:00:55","slug":"2024-iamaw-scholarship-competition-is-now-open","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/iamaw692.ca\/?p=1031","title":{"rendered":"2024 IAMAW Scholarship Competition Is Now Open"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.goiam.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/09\/iMail-2023-July-Sept.png\" alt=\"2024 IAM Scholarship Competition Opens for Applications on October 1st\" \/><\/p>\n<p>On October 1 2023 the IAMAW 2024 Scholarship Competition opened up for IAM members and their children to submit their <a href=\"https:\/\/scholarship.goiam.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">applications online<\/span>.<\/a>The competition is open to members of the IAM and their children throughout the United States and Canada.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application packets must be submitted online no later than February 2, 2024<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Interested parties can find a link to the online applications, rules, and general information on the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/scholarship.goiam.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>IAM Scholarship Competition<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0page.<\/p>\n<p>Out of 300 applicants in 2023, the IAM\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.goiam.org\/news\/departments\/hq\/scholarships\/2023-iam-scholarship-winners\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>awarded 16 scholarships<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0valued at $64,000 to members and their children.
