The Trustees of the Machinists’ Pension Plan, Lodge 692 (the “Plan”) are pleased to announce the launch of your new online member portal on April 1, 2026. Through this portal, you will be able to securely access all your historical information and details regarding your pension. This includes your contribution history (right up to the most recent contribution received and verified on your behalf), as well as your most recent annual pension statement. Additionally, you can check that the personal information on file for you, including your pension beneficiary information, is accurate.
HOW TO REGISTER ON THE MACHINISTS’ PENSION PLAN, LODGE 692 MEMBER PORTAL
To register go to https://machinists692.memberportal.union.dev or scan the QR code below, and make sure you have the following on hand:
• First Name
• Last Name
• Social Insurance Number
• Email Address

The personal information noted above must be identical to the personal information on your file with the Plan. If there are any discrepancies between the information you use to register on the portal and the information on file for you, you will not be able to register. Note: In the coming months, the Trustees will be changing the name of your Machinists’ Pension Plan, Lodge 692 to the IAM Western Canada Pension Plan.
