On October 23-25 members from the locals of District 250 met at the district office in Surrey to hone their communication skills. Representing their local lodges were Craig Reimer, recording secretary for LL692, Chris Schreyer, Vice president of LL456, Pawan Aulakh communicator for LL11, Gary Chalmers RS and Mike Ferns President from LL550, John Kang web steward LL1857 and Al Cyr business rep and Cheryl Semonovitch ST for District 250. Training in communication and the use of WordPress for website creation and maintenance was facilitated by Frank Saptel, Communicator Representative for IAMAW Canada.
